The Gibson Les Paul Black Beauty. Some of the biggest names in rock n' roll have all slung one at one time or another: Jimmy Page, John Fogerty, Jeff Buckley, Randy Rhoads, Jimi Hendrix was even seen with one, and of course, Peter Frampton. These guitars are legendary for a reason - beautiful looks, smooth playability, and huge tones. Speaking of tones, the addition of a 3rd (middle) pickup adds some extra surprises - very Strat-like tones when the pickup selector is in the middle position. So, what you have access to via the 3-way pickup selector is: bridge pickup (only), bridge and middle pickup, neck pickup (only). Traditional Les Paul tones plus a Strat-like tone added in - nice! This 2013 20th Anniversary run of Black Beauties was limited to 100 guitars, so if you've been looking for one, don't hesitate! A fantastic, highly resonant, no surprises guitar. Priced with original hardshell case.
