Description

We purchased this 1972 Gibson Byrdland from the original owner Mike! His original purchase receipt can be found in the case! He purchased the guitar new with cash and a trade for $780.00 in 1972!

He took extremely good care of his guitar; there is very little play wear, however the cellulose pickguard had started to deteriorate leaving some corrosion to the pickups and surrounding metals. We removed the guard and stored it in a plastic baggie inside the case. The damage to the parts is only superficial, all parts function properly and exactly as they left factory.
