1960 Gibson Byrdland Sunburst

Here's a 1960 Gibson Byrdland in Sunburst finish. This is about as cool as a "player grade" guitar as it gets. Here's the skinny: The pickups are Seymour Duncan Seth Lovers, and the pots/caps have been replaced. No routing for the pickups. The bridge & truss rod cover are also not original. The bottom knob was added (for a blend option), but is currently not in circuit. So it's now wired to function how it originally would. The other knobs are repro as well. The finish, tuners, tailpiece, and all other parts are original. No breaks or repairs on the guitar. This is a thinline Byrdland example, with a 23 1/2" scale length, and solid 2-piece maple back. The guitar plays incredibly well!! The neck plays smooth as can be. Action is low from top to bottom. The bridge has a ton of room to up or down. The original frets still have life left as well. Cannot stress how great & easy the guitar plays! It even sounds great acoustically. The Seth Lovers are a beautiful match for the guitar: Balanced, full, with great clarity. Sounds amazing both clean and/or dirty. Extra bonus....original brown case included!
