1997 Gibson CL-30 Deluxe Natural

Excellent condition featuring dreadnought body, solid Sitka spruce top with abalone soundhole rosette, arched bubinga back, bubinga sides, multiple bindings on the top and back body edges, rosewood bridge, batwing tortoiseshell grain pickguard, mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard with abalone floret inlays, bubinga peghead veneer with abalone Gibson logo and decorative inlays, multi-ply bell shaped truss rod cover, Grover tuning machines, serial number impressed into the back of the peghead, passive undersaddle pickup with endpin jack, natural finish, gold plated metal hardware, and original hard shell case.

This CL-30 is an excellent example of the model and is in overall excellent cosmetic condition showing very few signs of play wear throughout. This guitar is set up in great playing order with smooth low action. The tone of this round back dreadnought is clean and crisp while retaining a full body warmth and depth that makes this quite a versatile tool. This guitar is also a bit more lively than some of the other Gibson models we have come across. The instrument would excel in any style where a steel string acoustic is needed.
