If ever they was a instrument to exemplify the difference between Gibson Memphis verses Gibson Custom Shop this 345 is it. Unplugged this instrument is Loud and Articulate leading your ears to believe it is a full blown out hollow body, but it isn't. It is a Great Build from Great Materials that produce a Great Instrument.

Past Ownership
This instrument has spent the majority of its life hanging on a wall. Evident by the hanger rash on the head stock shown in the photos. The condition tells us it was seldom play but gently. The body is free of rash, worming, scratches or dings. Even the gold hard ware on the pickup covers and light weight aluminum bridge and tail piece show little wear for a instrument 7 years old. Yes, aluminum magnets do not lie.

Condition
The integrity of the instrument is 100% spot on. The neck is straight and true, the truss rod fully functional, the electronics 100% original and the frets show no wear. The instrument is unmolested Free of Repairs, Modifications and Alterations. As for the cosmetic hanger rash, which doesn't alter playability a good luthier can repair the finish for $125.00 and that is a New York Metro Estimate from one of the best. IMHO why bother?
