Description

Here's a 2022 Gibson Custom Shop Historic 1934 Jumbo in Vintage Sunburst. 100% original example. No breaks, cracks, repairs. Besides the pick wear you can see in the pic's, the rest of the guitar is pretty much mint! The word 'canon' gets tossed around a lot in acoustic descriptions...but this guitar right here is truly a CANON. It's also well balanced, with great note separation. The thermally aged spruce top makes it sound like a broken in vintage guitar. It really sounds amazing. Playability is exceptional, with easy playing low action. The neck has a deep V profile, that's super comfortable in your hand. The frets are also clean. Original OHSC included, along with the COA. Below is Gibson's story on the guitar with full spec's....

"The guitar that started the legacy of Gibson Jumbo acoustics. When Gibson released the Jumbo in 1934, it was larger than any other guitar Gibson offered, and it made for a remarkable instrument. Only built for two production years, these rare instruments quickly became artist favorites and best represent the Gibson sound heard by world-renowned artists and collectors. Thoughtfully recreated with a Thermally Aged Adirondack red spruce top, hot hide glue top bracing, mahogany back and sides, traditional 25'' scale length, and a historic-style V neck profile, the Gibson Acoustic Custom Shop is proud to bring back a legend, the 1934 Jumbo."
