Description

Slab SG-body electric bass, original walnut lacquer (how '70s ?!?) 30.5" scale length, mahogany neck and body, unbound rosewood fingerboard with pearl dots, silk-screened gold logo on headstock, factory Schaller tuners, a single humungous humbucking pickup that truly sounds amazing, 3-ply black pickguard, bridge cover is missing, knobs appear to have been changed to later '70s speed knobs, otherwise all-original, no breaks, some honest wear but generally clean, good weight at 8.4 pounds. Gibson basses generally and the shorter-scale SG-style ones have a pretty unique feel and sound, and will never be confused for a Fender or Rickenbacker, definitely bringing something of their own to the table. Comes in non-original hard case, made in Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA.
