1964 Gibson ES-125T Sunburst

For your consideration a 1964 Gibson ES-125T with a Sunburst finish. Gibsons famous Electric Spanish model! Believe it or not this model original sold for $125. And lastly its a thine line archtop. Hence ES-125T! Great model for getting vintage P-90 jazz tones. Also the perfect T.V guitar for playing unplugged in the living room!

Specs! This guitar is in good condition. This guitar has had a neck reset. It has a new tusq nut. It has been refretted with 20 jumbo frets. It has a non-original bridge and pick guard. Nickel 3 to a plate tuners. Tusq nut with a 1-11/16″ width. Mahogany neck with a depth of .78″ at the first fret and 1.10″ at the twelfth fret. It has a 24.75″ scale length. Rosewood fingerboard with a 12″ radius. Action measures 4.5/64″ straight across. Refretted with 20 Jumbo currently in excellent condition. Laminate maple body finished in a wonderful Sunburst. Original P-90 pick up with original wiring. Non-original bridge and pick guard. Trapeze tail piece. Comes with a non-original hard shell case. Weighs 5 pounds and 6 ounces.

Beautiful guitar. The finish had faded perfectly. The neck reset and refret has brought new life in to this wonderful instrument. The vintage P-90 is warm and articulate. Great way to get some vintage jazz tones. Handles chord melodies well. Perfect instrument for practicing unplug!
