1955 Gibson ES-175 with original Lifton hardshell case.
The ES-175 has a mahogany neck with Brazilian rosewood fingerboard, nickel tailpiece. The neck profile is a 50's C shape. Original Kluson tuners with possibly replaced keystone buttons. Original frets. Replacement end pin. Original pickguard and P90 pickup. There is some finish checking on the back of the neck and body front and treble side. There is a small "2" on the back of the headstock, and a small hole on the bass side of the neck heel. There are two small holes under the bridge and on the body where someone placed a couple of short 1/8 dowels. Intonation is fine, and if one wanted to move the bridge, it could easily be done by removing or trimming the dowels flush.
Aside all the "issues", for a 60 year old guitar this guitar is in great shape. It plays and sounds great!
