In on consignment from the Daughter of the Original owner that has passed. The instrument plays and sounds as good as a Vintage 175 can. It is a players Grade Vintage instrument in fantastic playing condition. The Original owner was lefty, so there is a hold where a strap button once was on the neck heel. The instrument was in need of the truss rod being recovered (Stew Mc Tool), a Bone Nut, 2 New Pots and New frets. The original pots do not function, but are in the case.
The instrument weighs just 5 Lb.'s 9.8 Oz's with a comfortable soft should neck measuring 0.93" at the center of the 1st fret and 1.00" at the center of the 11th. The Head Stock is free from cracks or repairs and the Original Finish is on the Instrument. Tuners, Binding, Finish, Pickup, Hardware, Knobs and Pick-Guard are Original as is the Case with the exception of the handle. The Original P-90 reads 7.93 Ohms with a Rich Dark Tone.
