As per Gibson between '77-'78 3 ES-240's were shipped. We find it to be an Exceptional Rare Vintage Gibson.
With the exception of the TP-6, which is interchangeable we believe the instrument to be original. What is a ES-240? It is basically a ES-335 with a Factory Coil Tap.
No Rash or Worming thru the finish.
The truss rod is fully functional.
The fret wire shows no wear to speak of.
