1962 Gibson ES-330 Cherry Red, Excellent, Original Hard, $4,500.00

Very nice all original Gibson ES -330TDC purchased locally from the family of a long-time owner. Has original black plastic pickup covers, nickel hardware, single line Kluson Deluxe tuners, and correct retaining wire ABR-1 bridge. Average checking, which looks tasteful, with no real arm or case wear. Original frets show some wear and have been redressed, and no fretboard wear. Has two great sounding P-90 pickups and its original yellow lined case, with a metal "Gibson" tag at the handle. There are lots of reissue ES-330's out there now, but none of them have the old wood and the old P-90 sound, which can't be beat. Neck thickness at the first fret .795, 7th fret .826 , 12th .859. Nut width is just shy of 1 11/16ths at original nut. Color is a nice deep red, with one small black mark at the bass F hole. Pickguard has some curve to it as do a lot of these, but it does not interfere with playing. May have some old overspray, but it is difficult to tell on this one.
