Description

For your consideration: Here's a clean, 100% original, 1958 Gibson ES-335 in Blonde finish. This very rare, uncirculated time capsule, comes to us from a private collection. No breaks, cracks, repairs. The guitar has lived in its case, unplayed, for many years now...and the condition shows. Very early & rare unbound fingerboard example, with two incredible sounding PAF's, ABR-1 bridge, stop tailpiece, with stunning birdseye maple. The guitar plays & sounds amazing!! The bridge pickup measures at 8.84K, while the neck pickup is 8.40K. The neck angle is great, with low playing action from top to bottom. The neck profile is a full medium, measuring .875" at the 1st fret, and .945" at the 12th. There's a good amount of room in the bridge to go down for future adjustments as well. The original frets are clean, with life left. The guitar is super resonant & loud unplugged! As fine of an example that you'll ever see. Clean original brown case included, as well as the original Tune-O-Matic Bridge instructions!

Weight- 7lbs 5oz
Nut Width- 1.66"
