1962 Gibson ES-335, Red, PAFs.

I think 1962 is the sleeper year for 335's. They are consistently great, have a comfortable slim but not too slim neck profile and often have PAFs in both positions. A 62 is generally the best priced of the PAF 335's. This one is refinished. The frets are original and in excellent shape. All parts are original except for the knurled ring on the three way switch. Like many 62-64's Gibson was trying to use up its stock of wrap tails and this has one (I've seen literally dozens like this). The PAFs are never opened and read 7.55K and 8.23K. Weight is 8 lbs, 5 ounces. It is an excellent player. Always a stop tail never had a Bigsby. It had Grovers at some point but has no extra holes. Original case is good condition.
