Description

Here is one of the most revered guitars ever made, the 1964 Gibson ES-335 TDC Stop Tailpiece guitar. The thing that makes this guitar extra special, and why the price it's listed for, is that this guitar is virtually the same guitar that Eric Clapton bought on Denmark Street in London back in 1964, and used in his playing days with The Yardbirds, Blind Faith, Cream, and when he played solo. The guitar is not only the same model as his, it's 92 serial numbers away from his, and identical in each and every way to Eric's guitar. The difference between Eric's guitar and this guitar is that this guitar is 100% original, down to each and every screw. The other difference is the price that I am selling this guitar for. You could be the owner of this guitar for hundreds of thousands less than the Eric's guitar went for at Christies Crossroads Auction.

You will see, when you look at the photos that I have attached to this sale, this guitar is in about the most pristine condition that it could be. I have also attached a copy of the Gibson factory shipping ledger that shows when this guitar was actually shipped. (June 3rd, 1964). This guitar is a true piece of vintage guitar history! Take a look at the photos and see for yourself what this guitar is about. Thank you!
