1968 Gibson ES-335 w/ Bigsby Vibrato Sunburst
This vintage original circa 1969 Gibson ES-335 is a wonderful player with a killer classic 335 tone these are so well known for. This example has a headstock repair witch makes it affordable. It still plays and sounds as great as a clean one.
The bridge pickup is a vintage 1980 Gibson humbucker, Tim Shaw era, and the neck pickup is a recent Gibson Burstbucker. Pickups sound amazing, with a classic vintage tone. They compliment each other nicely. Warm and punchy with a clean tone, screaming with distortion.
Neck is nice and easy to play with a low action and no buzz or issues. Original Bigsby vibrato works great and the guitar stays in tune real well. The tuners are repros which stay in tune better than the originals. There is a Buzzstop installed, which also helps keep the guitar from buzzing and makes it play real smooth and stay in tune as well. All very desirable upgrades for the player.
Original Sunburst finish is stunning. Has some honest signs of wear throughout.
Comes with a later vintage Gibson hard case.

We use UPS ground for shipping. We can work out overnight shipping on a case by case basis. Buyer pays all shipping charges.

After 24 hours, no returns. Buyer assumes all shipping charges. If we agree to a return, as in an internet sale, instruments must be returned in the condition they were sent. Shipping costs will be deducted from the return, and buyer will assume these costs. If we accept a return there will also be a 5% re-stocking fee. All merchandise sold is in used - as is condition. All sales final. If there is an exception made on any return over 24 hours, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee to the customer. No returns whatsoever on guitar parts.
