Late 1958 Gibson ES-335 in Sunburst!
What a great classic late late '58 with all the best specs you could want in an ES-335. This came to us from the family of the original owner. The guitar is 100% original with no changed parts or refins. The guitar has pretty much all the best specs of this late '58/early '59 period including Fat neck, thin-top, shallow (but not too shallow) neck angle, and original wider '59 frets.
PAF's sound great! The ABR-1 bridge is full height and NOT shaved. It has been played over the years and the finish is faded. Also, at some point the case likely got wet and the bottom rim has some finish loss. No smells or issues like that.
No headstock breaks or repairs. Original sunburst finish has checking and fading. The guitar has been setup and is playing beautifully. It also sounds wonderful and strong. Comes with original and very clean brown Lifton hardshell case.
