1959 Gibson ES-345 Black, Excellent, Original Hard, Call For Price!

This is the fourth black 59 ES-345 to surface in the past few years. It is only the second stop tail. Condition is an easy 9/10. It is a "first rack" (big neck, short leg PAF, small Varitone rout). It is original but has some small issues. Has Schallers-I have the original Klusons and I will install them or install repros and put these in the case. The tips have shrunk and should be replaced. The case is date correct but not original to this guitar. The neck PAF has been opened but not molested. This may be the Franny Beecher 345 (Bill Haley and the Comets). I have no authentication (yet) but I've owned four of the five known and none of the others were that one. It came from Pennsylvania close to where Mr. Beecher lived. That's not good enough documentation but there are so few of these (and I know three of the others weren't his), the odds are pretty good. Previous owner had it since 72. More Pix coming soon.
