1962 Gibson ES-345 Red, Very Good, Hard, $13,500.00

Fun fact: A 62 patent number pickup is exactly the same as a 62 PAF except for the sticker. The sticker adds about $1000 (each) to the value so why would you pay for it if you don't have to. Well, this 62 ES-345 has a pair of factory sealed patent numbers and it won't break the bank. This guitar has been converted to mono with the Varitone intact using the original harness. The out of phase pickups are still out of phase but can be easily put into phase if you prefer. It can also be converted to ES-335 specs if you prefer that. It had a Bigsby in its past but has a vintage correct short seam stop tail now and the holes have been properly filled from the Bigsby. Original bridge, single line Kluson tuners (some shrinkage in the tips), all original plastic. Case is black with yellow Gibson badged and is vintage correct for 1962. Neck profile is medium slim and wide at the nut (1 11/16")
