We are pleased to present this stunning 1963 Gibson ES-345. The guitar is in exceptional original condition and has been owned by the second owner for the past 27 years. The guitar features a stop tailpiece and no changed parts. The finish has typical very light checking. There are several nicks and dings shown in the photographs. The stereo electronics are wired mono and the pickups are early patent numbers. The gold plating on the pickup covers and other hardware has oxidized and is worn in places. Tuners are original and one tuner has shrunk typical of the era. Frets show minor wear. Neck radius is typical early sixties slim. The original case is in good condition and all latches are functional. Featured in "ES Believers" by Vic DaPra and David Plues, page 224.

If you place a hold on an instrument it is withdrawn from the market and no subsequent offer will break the hold once it has been reserved. We expect that a hold request is a commitment to purchase. Hold requests that are canceled before shipment are assessed a cancellation fee of $150.
