1964 Gibson ES 345 Sunburst

Here is a beautiful 1964-'65 Gibson ES-345. This one was built in 1964 so it has the original stop tailpiece and the wider 1 11/16 nut width, the neck measures .845” at the 1st fret, the pickups are early Pat # and sound amazing. Other than a perfect refret this one is all original. The Varitone choke has been removed and is in the case, the pot and knob are still intact. The original finish looks fantastic with light checking but no real wear to speak of. Although the serial number corresponds to an early 1965 date, this guitar has all of the features of a late 1964, and likely remained in the Gibson factory until being allocated its serial number a few months later. This is a fantastic playing and sounding Gibson ES-345, a great example of one of the desirable years for Gibson . W/OHSC
