Description

Here we have a sweet player-grade 1972 Gibson ES345TDW for your consideration. The W indicates its Walnut finish which is still vibrant after almost 50 years. Plenty of finish checking, a smattering of dings, but the back of the neck is super clean and overall the guitar looks very nice. Only a repaired neck crack keeps it from being in true collectable condition. The repair is hard to see, fully stable, and all it effectively does is lower the cost of the guitar for you.

This 345 has a 1 9/16 inch nut width. Mahogany neck with traditional 24 3/4 inch Gibson scale length. The neck depth at the first fret is .81 and at the twelfth fret .94 inches. Bound Rosewood neck with 22 frets. 6-position Varitone switch. Stereo output. Gold Patent No. Decal pickups. Gold Gibson ABR-1 and trapeze tailpiece.

This is one cool guitar. A classic early 70s Gibson with stereo output and pickups that really sing. Comes with a non-original hardshell case.
