This guitar came in the week after legendary Chuck Berry passed. The original gold tremolo bar had been sawed off. We just got the proper part in from Gibson to make this guitar complete. This is EXACTLY the type of guitar Chuck would have been playing in the mid-70's era. The guitar was mothballed in the case for years until recently when the owner decided to sell to help fund his daughter's wedding. Besides the aforementioned tremolo arm the guitar is completely stock and original. Unfortunately, while it was being stored the pickguard 'gassed off' causing the greening of some of the gold hardware and pickup covers. Besides that the guitar is in Excellent condition with virtually no player wear, scratches, dings or dents.
