Now available on consignment, a stunning example of an original 1956 Gibson ES350T with a spruce top, and maple back and sides.
The 350T was the little sibling to the Byrdland (developed by Hank Garland and Billy Byrd), having the shorter 23.5" scale length and the narrrower neck width at the 12th fret.
This particular example though well played, remains in mostly original condition. Changes include:
The tailpiece has been replaced at some point, having a period Byrdland tailpiece instead. The guitar originally had a bigsby installed.
A medium jumbo refret and a shimmed original nut.
The abr1 bridge is a modern replacement.
A strap button has been added to the upper horn at one point, and there is currently once installed at the neck heel.
Otherwise the guitar retains its original dogear p90 pickups, wiring harness with bonnet knobs, 3ply beveled pickguard, and its original single line Kluson Deluxe tuners. The rest of the original plastics remain as well, and the guitar is free from any breaks or repairs.
Recently setup with 11s, this one is ready to play!
Includes its a period vintage case in decent condition.
