This Gibson Explorer was made in the USA in 1978. It is original except for the tone pot, and it has been refretted. This guitar has a nice full figured neck that plays great. It is pro-setup and it sounds awesome. There are 2 areas on the back of the guitar where there are finish blemishes which were difficult to capture in photographs, one on the back of the headstock by the tuners, and one around the control cavity. Both of these blemishes look to have been caused by lubricants, on the headstock likely oil to lubricate the gears, and around the back cavity likely electronic cleaner that was over applied. Neither of these is structural, and both could probably be buffed a little to look better if it bothered you. This guitar comes with the original hard shell case.

Guitars are shipped by Fedex ground unless other arrangements are made. Guitars are usually shipped within 24 hours of purchase.

We offer a 48 hour no questions asked return policy. If you don't like it, just send it back and we will issue a refund. We do not refund shipping charges and if you pay with a credit card there is a 5% restocking fee. If you pay with cash, check, paypal, or bank wire there is no restocking fee.
