Description

This 1990 Gibson Explorer is a solid reissue of the vintage models from 1976. This guitar plays well with low action and optimal neck relief.

This guitar shows a few signs of cosmetic wear from over the years. Most notably, there's a crack on the back of the headstock that has been professionally repaired. There's also various scratches and dents throughout the body and part of the nitro finish has worn off on the edge of the body above the pickups. There's also more significant scratching underneath the bridge and there's more scratching and dings on the headstock. The frets show normal play wear and the electronics work as they should.

The pickups have been replaced, and there is small holes above the tuners indicatinf a different set was installed at one point. Otherwise this guitar is original.

Includes the pictured OHSC. The middle latch is broken as shown and the case shows quite a bit of wear.
