Description

This all-original 1964 Gibson Firebird III in custom color Pelham Blue is so well preserved! Pelham Blue, as well as any custom finish, is pretty rare to come across on any Firebird, much less an early reverse style like this one. This extremely resonant example is such a great player and the sound from the two well-balanced mini-humbuckers is meaty and versatile. Aside from the expected weather checking and slight yellowing of the clear coat, this guitar is in great overall condition. The original, big frets have plenty of life left in them and are a joy to utilize, rounding out the immense playability of this stunning rare bird.

Overall Condition: 8, light playwear, light yellowing of the clear coat, weather checking
