1966 Gibson Firebird III Non Reverse "Sunburst"

One of the best playing Non-reverse body Firebirds we've had! This 1966 Firebird III model features a trio of incredible sounding "Soapbar" P90 pickups, short vibrola tailpiece, and a comfortable neck that has been professionally re-fretted ensuring it plays well all the way up the fingerboard. A previous owner replaced the sliding switch with a Les Paul style three-way and installed Grover tuners but the guitar retains the original electronics and is free from any of the typical breaks or repairs that so many Firebirds have suffered. This guitar includes the original hardshell case as well as an aftermarket case for better protection during transit.
