Now here's a rare "bird" up for consideration a 100% original 1964 Gibson Firebird V with the original hard shell case...WOW!!! Sporting a pair of Gibson PAT. NO. mini-humbuckers and the classic Gibson Maestro Lyre tremolo!

She's been played and loved on in her life, and it shows it, with 58 years of authentic "relic-ing" :)

As is the case with most Firebirds, this example has signs of stress at the transition from the headstock to the neck. There was never a complete break, and the area did receive professional attention - a bit of glue, which shows up on the treble side of the neck under a blacklight. There is no finish overspray and the area is 100% stable. With just 510 made in 1964, the reverse Firebird V is a rare guitar and this one being 100% original just adds to it's rarity and makes her very desirable indeed.
