1969 Gibson Flying V Walnut

This Gibson Flying V was made in the USA in 1969. Original Walnut finish is in good shape. This one was modified with a stop tailpiece and Grovers, but the original tuners and tremolo have been put back on. It also had pickups rings added which were removed and the hols in the guard filled. The rings left no extra holes in the body, but there are a pair of stud holes from the tailpiece which have been covered with pearl inlay. There are no breaks or cracks and the guitar plays and sounds great. Gibson made only 175 Flying V guitars between 1966 and 1969 in five batches. This example is from the 5th batch. It comes with the case in the pictures which is not the correct case for these, but it has been with the guitar since at least 1974 and fits it perfectly.

Guitars are shipped by Fedex ground unless other arrangements are made. Guitars are usually shipped within 24 hours of purchase.

We offer a 48 hour no questions asked return policy. If you don't like it, just send it back and we will issue a refund. We do not refund shipping charges and if you pay with a credit card there is a 5% restocking fee. If you pay with cash, check, paypal, or bank wire there is no restocking fee.
