1971 Gibson Flying V Medallion #327 Cherry

Originally made in 1971 to commemorate the upcoming Olympic games, only 350 of  these "Medallion" series Flying V's were built making them extremely collectible and hard to find. This example, number 327 has had a repaired headstock and was professionally refinished years ago. The pickups are the originals but the pots have been replaced. Lightweight and resonant, the mahogany body is extremely comfortable to play, and the guitar includes the matching "Medallion" series V case. These are becoming incredibly hard to find making this a great choice for any collection.
