1992 Gibson Flying V Rudolf Schenker Signature is in excellent condition and perfect playing order. Comes with the original hardcase.
As you can see, the pickguard was signed by the man himself. What you can't see very well, because it's faded so badly, is he also signed the white half of the back of the neck and it runs about the full length of the neck. The original Gibson Deluxe tuning keys were replaced with a set of Grover Rotomatics. The control knobs and switch tip have been replaced, and the strap buttons were replaced with Schaller strap lock buttons.
Overall it's in very clean shape. Has some finish chips and dings on the bottom points of the body. As well as some kind of finish stain that starts on the bass side edge then runs down to the tip of the wing on the back of the body. There's very light buckle rash on the back, but all of which is subtle and doesn't break the finish. There's a small amount of finish that chipped around the high E tuning key peg, probably caused from tightening down the collar nut too much. The frets have minimal wear and only a shadow of divot in the first position. And there's no cracks, breaks, or repairs!
Has a 1 11/16" nut width, 24 3/4" scale length, and weighs 7 pounds on the dot.
