1950 Gibson GA-30 Brown

You don’t see these everyday! Up for grabs a 1950 Gibson GA-30 in a gorgeous dark brown marble tolex. At 14 watts this little tube amp is perfect for those trying to get some overdriven blues tones. Powered by two 6V6s. This amp has a unique speaker configuration one 12′ Jensen alnico and one 8′ Jensen alnico. This amp has been recently serviced and has a clean bill of health! A few caps were replaced, a new leather handle was installed. The tubes are most likely not original but are vintage! At low volumes this amp has a nice warm tone. Beautiful clear highs and lows. When you start to crank it you get that classic overdriven tube amp sparkle. Turn the tone to bass you have a great distorted rhythm sound. This is a fantastic looking amp that is sure to turn heads in any room! But honestly it sounds even better then it looks!
