Early in the 1980’s Gibson launched the Les Paul Studio, a basic, down and dirty version of their fancier Les Paul Standard or Custom. But don’t be mistaken, these Studios are every bit a Les Paul, with the classic combination of a carved maple top on a mahogany body. And what’s more, these Studios featured an ebony fingerboard - an upgrade on most other Les Pauls. Replay Guitar Exchange is pleased to offer to you this pre-owned 1991 Les Paul Studio, finished in the very popular transparent wine red. The bridge pickup on this instrument has been upgraded to a coil tapped Seymour Duncan, and the pickguard has been removed and is not included. Chrome hardware is present on this instrument that usually features gold plated hardware. There are various dings and scrapes on this well loved instrument, with a bruise on the horn (see photo). A hard bag is included.
