Check out the beautiful flame on this 1958 Gibson J-185 in Natural! Thanks to this curly maple, the back of this guitar is simply stunning. This one looks great for its old age, with general playwear here and there to show it was loved and cared for by its original owner. Inside this guitar’s original case, you will find a photo of the original owner holding this guitar, labeled “Christmas 1958”. We assume this must’ve been a Christmas gift, and what an amazing one it would be! The tone and resonance of this acoustic are really something else, such a rich and vibrant sound that any acoustic player would love. It has certainly received a good amount of “seasoning” over the years.
