Description

An absolutely stunning 1957 J-200 in a beautiful burst finish completed by the same craftsmen who executed the revered burst finishes on Les Pauls and Es-335s in subsequent years. This is a truly jaw dropping guitar and was actually more expensive than the Les Paul in the Gibson catalouges of the day. No expense was spared on these instruments as they came complete with a very intricate mustache bridge, maple back and sides, orange paper label, and upgraded binding and inlays. Admitedly I am a sucker for vintage cases and they just do not come much cooler than this Lifton pink plush lined one. This guitar is in excellent shape and gives you a tone found only in J-200s. $12,750.
