Introducing Gibson's flagship model J-200.
Since its birth in 1937, the J-200 has been one of the finest guitars of all time, reigning as the King of Flat Tops.

It is usually made with a two-piece maple back, but the J-200 has been made with a two-piece maple back,
This one, made in 1995, has a 3-piece back.
This is a very rare model, which can be found on only a few high-end Gibson J-250 Presentation models, although some Martin and Yamaha models use it.
Of course, the standard at the time was also a 2-piece back, so this is a very rare piece.

Probably, it was made specially because it was necessary to use the same back material as the J-250 or the back material of the J-250.
The craftsmen of the time said, "We have some left over wood for the J-250, and it's a great board, so let's use it for the J-200!" I can almost hear the craftsmen of the time saying, "We have left over wood for the J-250.

The actual wood used is also very richly grained, and the dynamic appearance is very impressive.
Perhaps with the help of these specifications, it has a hard, bright, and gorgeous tone.
The sound rises quickly and spontaneously, and even when played with a light touch, the sound is sparkling and resonant without any clutter, which is a sensation that has never existed in the J-200 until now.

The B-Band microphone and under-saddle pickups are active, and its gorgeous sound can be enjoyed even when plugged in. This is a recommended instrument that is expected to be very active.
