FON: 5635_19. Great tone, vintage vibe, perfect setup in an affordable package, this circa 1950 J-45 has been played but never abused. Original finish, tuners, bridge, bridge plate. Recent neck set by John Arnold. Indeed the action is excellent and the neck has been set to the original saddle. Original frets in good condition. It plays well up the neck with no buzzing. The tone has become big and round with those classic Gibson mids and considerable low end. I think of these as a classic rock and roll guitar but for any accompaniment where that old time dry and woody sound is needed this versatile guitar will deliver. Comes in a new red fur lined tweedy hard case.
