Here we have an absolutely gorgeous & original 1954 Gibson J45 with some play wear around the hole, a back scratch someone dried to “darken” years ago. Weighs 4 pounds, 2 ounces, unbelievably light for a Gibson...Did a refret 3 or 4 years ago when I got it and installed frets just slightly larger than the “banjo” frets that were original to 54’. Has that great Gibson vintage dry woody balanced tone across all sound and tonal spectrums, vintage Gibson smell in the sound hole. Love this guitar, but bought a 60' J200, though I’m sure I’ll regret this when it leaves with a 63-65 marigold lined Gibson “badge” case.
