DESCRIPTION
Up for sale is a stunning 1933 Gibson L-00 in its original sunburst finish. I’ve always loved this model and this particular example is among the nicest we have seen. What makes this guitar special is the fact that it is a Canadian export model and still retains its label inside the body as well as the “made in USA” stamp on the back of the headstock. Overall this example is in wonderful condition less a few repaired hairline cracks and some expected play and finish wear. This guitar has had a neck set at some point in its life and thus the playability is fantastic up and down the neck with low action and lkors of room on the saddle. There were different tuners on at one point as there is evidence of screw holes from the other tuners on the back of the headstock. The firestripe pickguard on this one is stunning and overall this is a wonderful instrument. Pro setup in house and comes complete with a non original hardshell case.
