1933 Gibson L-00 Sunburst

For your consideration a 1933 Gibson L-00 in sunburst! For 87 years old this guitar looks great! Made for export this L-00 has the cool Made in USA label inside as well as Made in the USA stamped on the back of the head stock. This is a great example of the excellent craftsmanship Gibson was preforming at their pre war factories! Tons of vintage vibe, fresh off the work bench ready to be played for another 40 years!

Specs! This guitar is in very good condition. It has had a neck reset. Some of the back braces have been reglued. It has a new bone saddle. Original Brass 3 plate tuners. Silkscreen Gibson logo. Original ebony nut with a width for 1-11/16″. Mahogany neck with a depth of .95″ at the first fret and 1.14″ at the twelfth fret (V-shape). Rosewood fingerboard with a 10″ radius. The original 20 small frets are in excellent condition. Spruce top with mahogany back and sides. Sunburst finish. Rosewood bridge with a new saddle. Comes with its original soft shell case. Weighs 3 pounds and 1 ounce.

We always feel lucky when we get in these 30s Gibson! This made for export l-00 is just to much fun. Awesome medium size vintage V shaped neck! Frets are in excellent condition and have tons of life left in them. The neck reset is well done really give this guitar a new lease on life. Sounds fantastic. Great low mids, and crisp treble. Beautiful warm tone with plenty of definition. Just an amazing feeling, playing and sounding guitar!
