Vintage Gibson L-00 Guitar circa 1934

  • Mahogany back & sides
  • Spruce top
  • Comfortable V neck profile, not a hard V
  • Comfortable 1 3/4" nut width (Ebony nut)
  • Oh so comfortable 24.75" scale length
  • Tapered pehead with script Gibson logo
  • 3 on a plate tuners with black plastic buttons
  • Solid kerfing inside the box
  • Ivoroid top binding (by 1937 they had back binding as well)
  • Ivoroid rosette
  • Faux tortoiseshell pickguard
  • Rosewood fretboard with pearl dots (looks to be replaced)
  • Finish has been oversprayed
  • Newer, top of the line Cedar Creek case included
  • A few well-repaired cracks, nothing that needs attention now
  • Dry as a Bone, this is a real Woody sounding guitar, that responds to the lightest touch
  • This guitar is FROM THE VAULT, Robin has had it tucked away for a number of years, and has finally decided to let it go

    We ship Fedex ground insured, unless otherwise specified by the buyer. On finer instruments, we insist on overnight shipment for safe handling. Buyer pays shipping unless otherwise agreed upon. International shipments are via FedEx.

    Must have prior approval of return. Opened strings are not returnable. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your guitar, simply return it fully insured (with prior authorization) via shipping method we agree upon. When we receive the instrument in the same condition as when we shipped it, you will happily be issued a refund minus all shipping costs.
