2020 Gibson L-00 Studio Rosewood Antique Natural

Excellent condition featuring L-00 body size and shape, solid rosewood back and sides, solid Sitka spruce top, multi-bound top body edges and single bound back body edges, decorative soundhole rosette, single ply tortoiseshell grain pickguard, rectangular rosewood bridge with compensated bone saddle and six white plastic bridge pins with abalone dots, set mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard with pearloid dot inlays starting at the 3rd fret, bone nut, small Gibson open book peghead shape with black peghead face and gold Gibson logo, multi-ply black and white plastic bell shaped truss rod cover with Studio engraving, three per side individual chrome plated Grover Mini-Rotomatic tuning machines, serial number impressed into the back of the peghead, Fishman pickup system, two metal strap buttons and original Gibson branded hard shell case.

This 2020 Gibson L-00 Studio Rosewood is in excellent if not near mint cosmetic condition. This guitar has been extremely well cared for and shows no signs of play wear throughout. The neck profile on this guitar is that of a nice chunky almost V shape with a 1 11/16” nut width and really feels terrific in the hand. The fret wire is near perfect, shows no signs of use and has a lifetime of playing left. This L-00 has been set up and plays outstanding up and down the fingerboard. This guitar sounds absolutely fantastic with a dry articulate tone that really has a lot of presence and fullness thanks to the solid rosewood back and sides. This instrument excels for fingerstyle guitar playing. It also has plenty of volume for its size and sounds great with a plectrum as well. Because of its size, this instrument is extremely comfortable to sit and play and would make an excellent songwriting companion or couch buddy. The Fishman pickup sounds great and really makes this guitar perfect for live performance. This L-00 is housed in its original, very nice Gibson branded hard shell case that fits it like a glove and has its warranty card in the case pocket.
