1928 Gibson L-3

Sunburst finish and in very good condition, with the play-wear one might expect on a nearly 90-year old guitar.

Features include a spruce top, maple body, round soundhole with 7-ply white and black soundhole inlay, and trapeze tailpiece. It has been refretted, and the finish is marked on the back and sides from lying on a strap for many years.

Its original owner personalized the headstock and truss rod cover. The pickguard is disintegrating, but can still be used as a pattern to make a replacement.

It has been professionally set up in our shop. Price includes original hard case, which latches and hinges are intact, with a functional replacement handle, and the thumb screws from the bridge are in the case compartment.

Please visit our website for more pictures, or feel free to call the store for an in-hand description. Thanks!
