1936 Gibson L-5 archtop guitar, made in USA; Body: sunburst finished figured maple back and sides with spruce top, light checking throughout and other minor marks otherwise very good for age, small non-structural hairline at bass hand side of tailpiece, a few light play scratches to upper bout bass hand side of strings; Neck: sunburst finish maple with headstock stinger; Fretboard: ebony with pearl block position markers; Frets: light wear to first position otherwise very good; Hardware: good, strap button installed to neck heel; Case: original hard case; Weight: 2.58kg; Overall condition: very good

*The serial number of this guitar indicates it was shipped in 1936, although the factory order number suggests it was possibly built around 1934
