Description

The flame is utterly gorgeous on this 1955 Gibson L-5CEN in its original finish! Every single maple panel on this piece is incredibly figured; even the spruce top has some subtle movement in the grain! This one comes to us from Rockabilly icon Brian Setzer himself, and he’s included a letter about the guitar along with some t-shirts, a record, and some picks! This Bigsby was professionally installed, as the original tailpiece can be found in the case. There has also been a professional repair by the jack on the side of the body. To keep this beautiful guitar playing, it has also been refretted, and the bridge and pickguard, we believe, are repros.

Overall Condition: 7, smokey patina, weather checking, areas of wear throughout
