1947 Gibson L-7 Sunburst

Here's a 1947 Gibson L-7 in Sunburst finish. Everything on the guitar is original. No breaks, cracks, repairs. Fabulous playing and sounding L-7!! Solid hand carved figured maple back, hand carved book matched solid Adirondack spruce top, solid maple neck and side, Brazilian rosewood fingerboard and compensated bridge, split-parallelogram mother of pearl fingerboard inlays and "crown" headstock inlay, pearl 'fat script" Gibson peghead logo, triple-bound body, with a bound fingerboard and headstock. The hardware includes nickel-plated trapeze tailpiece with raised parallelogram crossbar, compensated Brazilian rosewood bridge, nickel Kluson Deluxe Pat. Applied single line tuners with single-ring tulip pegs, adjustable truss rod, and a bound tortoise pickguard with nickel bracket. Comfortable full/fat neck, with low action down the fingerboard. The neck angle is good, with a healthy amount of room in the bridge for future adjustments. Tonally it's got the sound! This one is tough to put down! HSC..
