2008 Gibson LEFTY ES-335 (1959 Reissue) Cherry Red/Gold Hardware, Brand New, Original Hard, $2,995.00
This is an NOS(New Old Stock) ES-335 in Cherry Red. This 335 was used as a reference color guitar over the years, and has never left the Memphis factory since 2008 until now. Brand new with COA, Warranty Card, and OHSC.
Features Gold hardware, Grover Tuners, bonnet knobs, stop tailpiece with Tune-O-Matic bridge, classic 57 PUPs, plastic still on black pickguard.
This is a really beautiful guitar with some mild flame on top, front, and back; the flame is subdued and does not exceed the look of early 60s Cherry ES guitars that I have owned, giving it a nice vintage look. It has just been set up by the factory with new strings.
Looks really great with the Gold Hardware, which is not available through the Gibson catalog unless you special order the guitar through the "Made To Measure" program, which would cost a lot more and involve a long wait time.
