2004 Gibson LEFTY RB-3W Near Mint, Original Hard, $4,500.00
This is a factory Left Handed Gibson RB-3W Banjo, manufactured 12/17/2004. It is a one-owner banjo, having only been played briefly and then spent the rest of its life in the case. The only thing keeping it from being mint is the Nickel hardware has some tarnishing, but there are no dings to the body or back, and no fretwear. This is a really clean Banjo – left handed high-end Gibson banjos are SO hard to find!
Description:
2004 Gibson RB-3 5 string flathead banjo ALL ORIGINAL with the original Gibson hardshell case. This has a mahogany resonator, mahogany neck, rosewood fretboard, stock Gibson tone ring with nickel parts, 1 piece armrest with a presto tailpiece and stock Gibson tuning keys. Leaves and bows inlays up the fretboard only help to complete the package and make this a beautiful American-Made, top of the line Gibson Banjo.
This banjo was purchased at the “Gibson Showcase” store in the Opry Mills Mall in Nashville. It includes everything that came with the Banjo when new: Gibson leather strap, set-up instruction sheet, wrench, warranty card, and OHSC.
I don’t see any Left Handed Gibson Banjos for sale on the major sites; these are very hard to find instruments!
Payment: I accept bank certified check, wire transfer, and Paypal(please add 3%). Layaway: A 30-day layaway option is available, with a 20% non-refundable deposit due to hold the guitar. A guitar purchased under the layaway plan would be sold "AS IS" without an approval period.
Shipping: LVG ships everywhere, and I will use the most cost-efficient carrier available.
Return Policy: When you receive your shipment, you have 48 hours to approve it, or you may return it for a full refund, less shipping cost. Buyer is responsible for shipping & insurance BOTH ways. You must contact me for return authorization. Refunds will be issued when the guitar is returned to LVG in the same condition as when shipped, and please repack it in the same way you received it. Customers are responsible for return shipping, insurance for the full value of the guitar, and any associated bank charges.
