1955 Gibson Les Paul – Goldtop
We are floored by this stunning and clean 1955 Gibson Les Paul Goldtop! This entirely original example was clearly taken immense care of, and man, does it show! The carved top is undoubtedly pronounced on this guitar, and this rich gold finish elegantly accentuates its curves. You can even faintly make out where the original tag hung to the switch, as there’s a very faint shadow right next to the neck pickup. The finish of this example is in great shape, and the grain pattern on the back of this mahogany body is unbelievable. These frets are original and have a ton of life left in them. Even unplugged, you can tell this piece has a powerful tone, and the two well-balanced P90s will take care of the rest when amped up!
